Regenerate pixi.lock with updated homericintelligence-hephaestus dependency. The dependency was upgraded from >=0.7.0,<1 to >=0.9.0,<1 in pyproject.toml, but pixi.lock was not regenerated locally before committing. This caused 'Set up Pixi' to fail in all CI jobs due to lock file incompatibility. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
