Update pixi.lock from v6 to v7 format for improved reproducibility. All linting, type checking, and tests pass successfully.
Revert pixi.lock to version 6 format. The previous upgrade to v7 is incompatible with pixi v0.67.2 (max supported: v6). CI runners use v0.67.2, which cannot read v7 lock files. All tests pass with v6 format.
Remediate security vulnerabilities found by pip-audit: - CVE-2026-45409: idna 3.13 → 3.17 (DoS via long IDNA inputs) - PYSEC-2026-161: starlette 0.52.1 → 1.2.1 (Host header injection) Updated starlette from <1.0 to >=1.0.1,<2. The prior pin to <1.0 was due to a BaseHTTPMiddleware regression in 1.0.0, which was fixed in 1.0.1+. Added explicit idna>=3.15,<4 pin to prevent transitive downgrades. Updated test_packaging.py to expect 12 runtime dependencies (added urllib3 and idna to the parametrized dependency check). All tests pass, pre-commit checks pass, and pip-audit reports no vulnerabilities.

Downgrade pixi.lock from v7 to v6 format to maintain compatibility with pixi v0.67.2 used in CI environment. The lock file content includes updated versions for starlette (1.2.1) and idna (3.17) to remediate security vulnerabilities: - PYSEC-2026-161: starlette Host header injection - CVE-2026-45409: idna DoS via long IDNA inputs The v6 format is required because pixi v0.67.2 only supports format v6, even though it automatically upgrades to v7 when running 'pixi lock'. To work around this, we manually maintain the v6 format while updating the package URLs and version constraints to match the updated dependencies.
