Motivation

• Provide a reusable Notion template to collect brand guidelines, business details, family profiles, and desired site structure to streamline client intake and ensure consistent content for site builds.
• Allow designers and stakeholders to preview site structure and media in Notion using callouts, columns, and embed placeholders so layout and copy can be iterated before publication.

Description

• Add notion-page-template.md, a Markdown template containing an intake checklist and a draft Notion page with sections for Cover & Header, Brand Assets, Home, About, Family Member Pages, Testimonials, Contact, and Next Steps.
• Include Notion-specific guidance such as callouts, column layout hints, and explicit placeholders for logos, colors, fonts, images, and social links to mirror the website aesthetic.
• Add a review checklist to guide final checks on logos, fonts, media, copy tone, and layout before publishing.

Testing

• No automated tests were run because this is a content-only documentation change.
