Because of issues with the Onedrive link I propose having the compatibility listing as a markdown file in the GitHub repository.
Adding existing text in new doc
Updating README.md to point to new COMPATIBILITY.md
Changing comment to notes for consistency.
Sorry, forgot I wanted to change to header size of the other notes sections as well

As my earlier suggestion, by creating this COMPATIBILITY.md file the reliance on external sources is reduced.
I created the file with my own, now tested, data.
