The Communication.md QR code used a GitHub blob URL that does not render in markdown img tags. Switch to raw.githubusercontent.com. Add CONTRIBUTING.md with fork-and-PR workflow for new contributors. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
