Cross-cutting infrastructure (not a module). Each contractor gets a Nostr keypair as a cryptographic identity; a work log (time, task, module) is signed with that key and published as a Nostr relay event — an independent, tamper-proof, growing track record that belongs to the specialist themself. Bob is the first user.
Open technical questions:
- Relay: public or self-hosted
- Event format: custom kind or an existing NIP
- Minimal UI: CLI first, web interface later
