A simple command-line task tracker built in Python.
It allows you to add, update, delete, and track tasks directly from the terminal.
Tasks are stored locally in a JSON file.
This project was created to practice working with:

tasks.json is created automatically when the program runs and is not committed to the repository.
- Python 3.9 or higher
- No external dependencies
From the project directory, run:
python task_cli.py <command> [arguments]
**Commands:**
Add a task
python task_cli.py add "Buy groceries"
Update a task
python task_cli.py update 1 "Buy groceries and cook dinner"
Delete a task
python task_cli.py delete 1
Mark a task as in progress
python task_cli.py mark-in-progress 1
Mark a task as done
python task_cli.py mark-done 1
List all tasks
python task_cli.py list
List tasks by status
python task_cli.py list todo
python task_cli.py list in-progress
python task_cli.py list done
