Four parallel code-checked audits over all 30 dev docs, findings applied: the GitLab planning apparatus replaced with GitHub reality, roadmap/vision rewritten around the released alpha, every 'planned/not built' flag that shipped flipped (Tauri, wizard, heat tagging, manual heat selection, re-detection), every claim that never shipped honestly marked (#80 loopback middleware, gate-start config, LapRF goldens), the one FSM error fixed in both lifecycle docs (Discard legal from Unofficial), Stop/SkipCountdown console reality noted, plugin slice statuses recorded (S0-S2 shipped / S3 partial / S4 Grid-side), and marshaling-plan retired with a SUPERSEDED banner. The orphaned .gitlab-ci.yml is deleted.
