Update all four manual-completion examples to capture their own deployment lock, verify its ownership, and atomically remove it only while the original lock ref remains unchanged.
Add documentation-security coverage that rejects global-lock deletion, ownership bypasses, unsafe ref updates, and incorrect GitHub GraphQL scalar types.
