Summary
Port the additive
disable_lockinput from upstream PR #453 into the current v12 TypeScript architecture. This preserves the upstream default and behavior while adding typed input and state contracts, the structuredlocking_disabledresult, security guidance, and unit and acceptance coverage proving existing locks are ignored but unchanged.The committed distribution is regenerated without changing dependencies or
src/version.ts.
