暂不合入：这个 Knip 升级会让当前 root quality gate 失败。\n\n失败点是 npm run deadcode / knip --dependencies --max-show-issues 50 --no-config-hints，新版 Knip 把现有用法报告为 Unlisted binaries：\n\n- ps in backend/src/services/processRss.ts\n- secret-tool in backend/src/services/providerManager/localSecretStore.ts\n- sqlite3 in backend/src/services/skillEngine/__tests__/cpuTopologyView.test.ts\n- sqlite3 in backend/src/services/skillEngine/__tests__/memorySkillSqlSemantics.test.ts\n- pgrep in backend/src/services/workingTraceProcessor.ts\n\n需要先决定这些 binaries 是否应进入 knip.json 的显式允许列表，或调整 deadcode 扫描策略；在 quality 变绿前不应直接 merge。
