Takes in file uploads, saves to content db and conversation db
Important!!!!!!!! Please updates the conversation_api_url in upload_file and process_chunk class!!!! Jangho remove Conversation and Message class and added process_chunk class and modified upload_file, enabling Post content directly to the content DB.
