Several have been experiencing issues when trying to use PerturbOT due to installation issues and a delicate environment.
The patch involves a few steps which aim to address several issues:
perturbotmodule with the proposed commands in the previous README (the installed module is almost empty)jaxandanndatato avoid errors.This PR provides a detailed installation procedure in order to have a working PerturbOT package.
