Welcome! This is the supplementary data corresponding to a study on how to train an expert panel on sensory assessment of plant-based meatballs in sauce. The training consists of 3 steps. The data collected in each step is provided in the Excel file. The R code analyses each step and provides the tables and figures. The paper explaining the main aim, methodology, results and discussion has been submitted to Open Research Europe on 17.11.22.
