This adds and LDIF parser but only supports pure adds, not change sets. That will come in a follow up PR. This just gets the base support in. Loosely based on my original implementation in the LdapTools repo were I implemented one long ago.
This is very handy for people that want to import a base set of entries. It also still enforces the normal operational attributes and whatever schema validation mode is set.
