* master: GoDeps for core_services. Adding make-get to the makefile in case we ever need it. Bin should not be in git. Add the provisioner Move deployer in Fix up the spree lib references Move the repositories for router into the repo Move models into router Update the reference to announcer Move catalog cache to core services
* origin/master: Update the references to endpoints Update the reference to the etcd client Update the references to the config
* origin: Add files to manage the database
