…Message::Outbound struct variants, the root cause of the serde#1183 silent deserialization failure + Added PartialEq to all payload structs and enums (required for test equality assertions) + Added 11 new roundtrip tests covering every InboundMessage and OutboundMessage variant, plus a regression test that proves the legacy flat format is now rejected
