Regenerates the C++ client from the latest OpenAPI spec. Adds the optional
tenantIdquery parameter to the SSO-gated Moderation API endpoints and the optionalbroadcastIdquery parameter to the mutating moderation endpoints (remove/restore/flag/status/text/votes/badges). Both optional, backward-compatible. Mirrors fastcomments-sdk-js v5.0.2.
