* Address Filecoin Foundation feedback from GER-944 Remove outdated FVM roadmap (NV17-era), add upload guide and build getting-started scaffolding, consolidate legacy content into single page, and relabel deprecated as legacy content throughout. * move legacy content under reference general * Standardize section README pages as table of contents Convert 18 section READMEs to consistent format: frontmatter description, intro paragraph, and bulleted TOC with descriptions. * Author Filecoin Onchain Cloud overview and align FOC references Rewrite filecoin-onchain-cloud.md with core components (FWSS, PDP, Filecoin Pay, Filecoin Beam), Synapse SDK packages, and links to docs.filecoin.cloud. Update TOC entry and cookbook references. * Create PDP About page with protocol explanation Add about.md explaining the 4-step challenge-response protocol and PDP's role within FOC. Update PDP README and install guide to clarify FWSS/FOC relationship. * Refine storage path pages with conceptual descriptions Expand upload-to-filecoin and build/getting-started with clear explanations per storage path. Reference external docs instead of duplicating guides. * Remove orphaned files and update redirects Delete 4 duplicate/empty files left from restructuring.
