Adding jump section to avoid confusion of laymen and make their navigation faster. Also remove redundant text which contained duplicate information. Note that the "Install instructions" button at https://epixnet.io/ should possibly link to https://github.com/EpixZone/EpixNet#quick-start currently it links to a non-existing anchor. Thank you

Thanks @slrslr — the Jump-to navigation idea is a real improvement for newcomers, and your catch about the epixnet.io "Install instructions" button pointing to a missing anchor is also valuable (Was fixed in the recent epixnet.io refresh).

Closing this in favor of #36, which keeps your Jump-to block and the OS-specific labeling, but preserves the existing heading hierarchy (no H2→H4 skip) and keeps the "Creating Your First Site" walkthrough intact. You're credited in the PR description.
