Adiciona arquivos .feature para as histórias de usuário relacionadas a templates: - criação de template; - visualização de templates; - edição e remoção de templates sem afetar formulários já criados. Os cenários incluem caminhos @happy e @sad. As step_definitions ainda não foram implementadas nesta sprint.
PRs anteriores estabeleceram o padrão `@happy` e `@sad` para o caminho feliz e triste, respectivamente.
