Fix pressure sensor unit for Home Assistant compatibility
Changed pressure sensors from kgf/cm² to bar and added the required conversion.
Newer Home Assistant versions validate sensor units more strictly. kgf/cm² is not a valid unit for entities with device_class: pressure, causing warnings during setup.
