Pull request overview
This PR updates the project’s published website configuration and refreshes generated R documentation so links/parameters shown to users reflect the intended setup.
Changes:
- Updated pkgdown site
urlto an HTTPS GitHub Pages URL. - Regenerated/updated Rd documentation for
plot_source_overlap_upset()to include additionalUpSetR::upset()dot-parameters. - Updated package author listing in
CiteSource-package.Rdto include the maintainer in the Authors section.

Changing the organisation did not help... I guess this might be the issue? Also you have full admin rights now @TNRiley
