Hi @danlessa — sorry for the duplicated effort here, I didn't realize this PR was already in flight when I opened #8 to do the same rebrand. #8 was merged earlier and is now on main, so closing this one out.

For the record, the merged scope (#8 — #8):

• mkdocs.yml — site_url, repo_url, repo_name updated to dynamicalsystemsgroup.github.io / DynamicalSystemsGroup/knowledgecomplex
• README.md — clone URL and assurances-audits-accountability link updated to DynamicalSystemsGroup/...
• docs/index.md — clone URL and example tree-links updated to DynamicalSystemsGroup/knowledgecomplex
• docs/ontology.md — ARCHITECTURE.md links updated to DynamicalSystemsGroup/knowledgecomplex

One deliberate divergence from this PR: the mtg-kc link in the README stays at mzargham/mtg-kc, since that demo repo lives on my personal account, not under the org.

Repo homepage field also updated and docs.yml has redeployed against the new URL. Thanks for picking this up in parallel — appreciated.
