Adds two signed templates for Chibitek Domain Security (provider chibitek.ai, service UI at skippy.chibitek.com):
_dmarcvia CNAME to the Chibitek-hosted DMARC record (per-domain target variable). Chibitek hosts the policy, ingests aggregate reports, and ramps enforcement.Both use
syncPubKeyDomain: chibitek.ai— apply URLs are RSA-signed; the public key is published at_dck1.chibitek.ai.warnPhishing: true, redirect back to skippy.chibitek.com.Chibitek is an MSP (chibitek.com) using these for managed email-authentication onboarding of client domains.
