…ver video - Incident cards: now two horizontal-scroll rows of 3 visible cards each (the 4th scrolls in), replacing the 6-grid + separate overflow scroll. - Tweet carousel: drop our own @KillSwitchCloud post; lead with @tamarajtran (Firebase ~$70k overnight); 5 first-person/community posts total. - "Why This Exists" heading + subtitle pushed down to overlap the video background (shorter top fade, more top padding, slightly higher video opacity). Also track the audit working docs under notebooks/ (paid-service-audit.md, bill-shock-tracker.md) — the previously-untracked deferred-items records.
