Made the text "DUE-2013069" into a link to the award in the Acknowledgments section at the bottom of the README.md file.
The URL used for the link is: https://www.nsf.gov/awardsearch/showAward?AWD_ID=2013069
I did this by adding square brackets around DUE-2013069 and addling the url in parenthesis next to DUE-2013069
