A collection of data tools that can be used for mental health research with secondary data. Tools can be used for study organization (including mental health ICD codes and study workflow templates) as well as data cleaning and analysis (in R and Stata). Datasets that are highlighted include the Health and Retirement Study, Michigan Medicine's Data Direct, and more to come.

The Data & Design Core provides scientists with individualized guidance on study design and methods, measurement approaches, existing data sources, and analytic support. Specifically, we aim to accelerate the research process by connecting investigators to valuable existing datasets so that researchers can draw meaningful conclusions more quickly and efficiently. Our goal is to equip researchers with the tools needed to make meaningful advancements in the field of depression research.
