Rework of Xenoarch <-> Glimmer interactions.
Structured around events and a new component, letting things get neatly predicted too which should be nice.
No more knowing what the multiplier is, just how much research you got + how much additional research/glimmer was generated.
With glimmer at 250, you get quite a bit extra research:
