This project demonstrates an automated workflow I built with Zapier to streamline customer onboarding.
The workflow connects:
- HubSpot → Trigger: Deal stage updated
- Google Sheets → Action: Log deal information
- ClickUp → Action: Create task for the team
- Slack → Action: Post real-time notification
Instead of manually copying data between tools, this automation:
- Keeps CRM, project management, and communication tools in sync
- Reduces manual entry and errors
- Speeds up visibility for the whole team

- Import
zapier-export.jsoninto Zapier to recreate the workflow. - Update connections (HubSpot, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Slack) with your own accounts.
