Code Review
This pull request adds tests for getContextKeyHash in IthacaAccount.sol. The new test testContextKeyHash in test/Account.t.sol correctly covers three important execution workflows: the orchestrator workflow, a direct execution with a signature, and a self-execution. The changes are logical and improve test coverage for context-aware execution.
My review found a minor issue with a misleading assertion message in the new test, which I've commented on. Correcting it will improve the clarity of the test suite.
Also, there's a small typo in the pull request title ('accoount' instead of 'account').
