This repository accompanies my Master's thesis on the automated characterization of tubuloglomerular feedback (TGF) dynamics from Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging (LSCI).
The software implementation is currently undergoing code refactoring, documentation and restructuring to ensure reproducibility and ease of use before public release.
The complete pipeline will be made available alongside the associated scientific publication.
