Clean rebuild of the admin portal planning docs, replacing all prior
drafts. Produced via the repo's own process:
- write-spec -> spec.md (product-only PRD; the independent admin login
described as behavior, not implementation)
- plan-feature -> research.md (fresh read of DDP_backend + webapp_v2) and
plan.md (Blast Radius vs docs/domain-map.md; HLD centered on an
independent admin session: separate cookie + session claim + dedicated
auth middleware; org onboarding treated as existing shipped context;
no milestone provisions insights.dalgo.org since it is already live)
Three files only: features/admin-portal/{spec,research,plan}.md.
