Records separate native Windows Tauri and Linux/WSL evidence. Native cargo check/build/tests, bundled development/installed backend lifecycle, minimal bootstrap integrity, hosted Ubuntu exact-SHA lanes, and the WSL local limitation are documented without claiming WSL pytest coverage that is not installed.
