Fix WCAG 1.4.4 — use relative font-size on html root to respect browser font preferences
Replaces hardcoded px font-size values on the html root and three component-scoped overrides (.search-results, .dashboard, .at-twenty) with
relative units. Users on the default 16px browser setting see no visual change (125% × 16px = 20px). Users who have set a larger font size in
their browser preferences will now have that preference respected, as required by WCAG 2.2 AA criterion 1.4.4 (Resize Text).
