start adding Moffenzeef

• some module panels are invisible and mess up the module browser layout

Panel issue solved and reported upstream: moffenzeefmodular/Moffenzeef-VCV#10

Hopefully they will push an update soon, otherwise we fork.

Apparently there were two separate repositories and I was looking at the one for MetaModule -_-

Now uses the correct one for VCV, which comes with dark-mode panels.

The only issue is Particles module which uses glfwGetCursorPos -> https://github.com/moffenzeefmodular/VCVrack-submission/blob/main/src/Particles.cpp#L495
