Due to the transition to PEP 518 and the use of 'uv', 'uv build' and 'uv publish' will be used to build and publish the project to 'PyPI'. Note that the
PYPI_USERNAMEandPYPI_PASSWORDenv variables have been removed replaced with the newPYPI_TOKEN.
