Thanks for the submission. We cannot merge this PR yet because the Stage 2 proposal link currently returns 404:

https://github.com/RFisaac/BETL-001/blob/main/PROPOSAL.md

For Stage 2 review, the proposal is a required deliverable. Please either push PROPOSAL.md to the main branch at the linked path, or update the showcase file with the correct public proposal link.

Once the link is fixed and publicly accessible, we can review the PR again.

Clarification: I re-checked the latest update and the proposal file does exist in your repository, but it is under:

https://github.com/RFisaac/BETL-001/blob/main/docs/PROPOSAL.md

The current showcase file links to:

https://github.com/RFisaac/BETL-001/blob/main/PROPOSAL.md

That root-level path returns 404. Please update the showcase file to point to the docs/PROPOSAL.md URL, then we can review again.

Thanks for the update. This submission is otherwise ready to merge, but the Stage 2 proposal link still points to the missing root-level PROPOSAL.md. The existing file is docs/PROPOSAL.md. Please update that single link, and optionally change the PR title from Stage 1 to Stage 2.
