Add sphinx-togglebutton to the doc requirements, and wrap the autoclass directives in admonitions to make them collapsible.

This change adds the
sphinx-togglebuttonextension to the documentation, and wraps allautoclassdirectives indropdownadmonitions to make the API reference more compact and readable.
