MATLAB script for analysis of IMARIS exported data
This series of matlab scripts will analyse IMARIS exported STED data.
The main script to run is "IMARIS_cpmpiler_2023.m", with the rest of the funcitons being backend support functions. Line 4 and 5 in the code (starting with addpath) should then be changed to point to the folder where the backup functions are saved.
