* fix: surface download errors during onboarding The Toaster was only mounted in the main app view, so toast.error() calls fired during onboarding rendered nowhere. When a model download failed (e.g. blob.handy.computer unreachable due to DNS blocking), the wizard briefly showed a spinner, then cleared it with no message — it appeared to just "blink" and stall with no error. Hoist a single Toaster above the onboarding branches so errors surface on the accessibility and model-selection screens too.
