- Converted sets "SOIL_SLAB_BLOCKS" and "doubleTallPlants" to tags and replaced relevant calls.
- Replaced Snowy property handling with a check for the property rather than the block type.
- Added cross platform "put" method for the "VEGETATION_ON_TOP_ITEMS" map
- Removed unused imports
