• manifest: ./sml.pkg
• vendored packages: ./lib/
• upstream internal cache: managed by smlpkg itself

v1 Limits

• project-local only
• update upgrades all manifest requirements, not selected subset
• remote metadata comes only from smlpkg versions <package>
