Archives completed scaled parsing, cross-runtime 1BRC, and verification-receipt ingestion changes; syncs canonical specs and repairs the scaled-challenge qualification link.
Documentation-only stacked split; merge after #149. No runtime behavior changes.
Checks: strict OpenSpec validation, docs validation, change-size gate (39/40 files), diff check.
