Summary

Update the foc-cli store wrapper to initialize wallets with --source 'phala'
Make the common starting command persist the Phala source tag for later Synapse/Warm Storage operations

Verification

Checked current foc-cli wallet init help/schema
Verified source is persisted by wallet init and reused by Synapse client creation
Ran python3 scripts/validate.py
Ran git diff --check
