Added a job to the Github Actions workflow that triggers Renovate to run on the citygeo-variety-apps repo, which is where databridge-api is now deployed to the Kubernetes cluster.
Now, whenever new code is merged to the main branch, after the docker images are built and deployed, Renovate will immediately run to create the pull request to actually update the cluster. This simplifies and speeds up the process of deploying new code.
