Noticed when done with this tweak that the system for interaction menus has been reworked quite a bit in
sync-chance-man-interactionsbranch, so I assume this is DOA when that is merged. Feel free to close it if that's true!Fixes issue where interactions with unlocked items are not enabled when the bank is open.
