Extracting WebMCP tools into a separate category for better grouping in the docs. This changes
--experimentalWebmcpto--categoryExperimentalWebmcpto align with other experimental categories. Debugging category was not a good fit since the tools provided by WebMCP are not necessarily used for debugging.cc @beaufortfrancois
