Closing: superseded by #218 (fresh Dependabot consolidation from latest main). This branch only touched requirements.txt (missed Docker/requirements.txt) and lagged on versions; #218 covers both requirements files, aligns their drift, includes GitHub Actions bumps, and passes CI + local test suite (140 passed, 0 failed). |
