Overview
Syncs the managed Dependabot template by adding a 7-day cooldown (
default-days: 7) under each ecosystem update block: gomod, pip, github-actions, npm, cargo, and swift. New releases must age a week before Dependabot opens an update PR, which should cut churn from same-day bumps across ecosystems.For pip, the reviewer list is narrowed from
